The following are important details about your child’s enrichment program:

• For students enrolled in our 2011 Summer dance session, a parent-invited demonstration will be held the week of August 15 during your child’s last dance class of the session. More information on demonstrations will be sent mid-session to children enrolled.
• Payment is due on the 1st of the month. You may pay monthly or quarterly. We encourage you to consider auto pay via your bank or credit card to avoid late payment fees.
  
• Unless your school specifically handles invoicing, please make checks payable to Launch Your Kid and place it in the payments box at your child’s school/center, or mail it to us directly at:

• There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.
• Payments not received by the 10th will be charged a $10 late fee. Please contact us if there are ever extenuating circumstances.
• Payment is due regardless of absences. If your child will be away for an extended amount of time, please contact us so we can pro-rate your tuition.
• Tuition is based on four-week months. In months with five-weeks, class may not occur on the fifth week. We will use this extra week for make-up or holiday classes.
• Your child will not be dropped for nonpayment unless a parent contact has been made.
• If at any time you wish to take your child out of the program, please notify us prior to the beginning of the next month with a written notice. Failure to do so will result in being charged for next month’s tuition.
